As part of our ongoing investment in platform reliability and performance, we will be conducting planned maintenance across the following SASE data residencies:
- Europe (EU): 08:00 - 10:00 - Australia (AU): 10:30 - 12:30 - India (IN): 11:00 - 13:00 - Canada (CA): 11:30 - 13:30 - United States (US): 15:00 - 17:00
Each maintenance window lasts approximately 2 hours and affects only the listed data residency - all other regions continue to operate normally outside their window.
Purpose: This activity includes critical upgrades to core infrastructure services, designed to strengthen system resiliency and enable upcoming capabilities.
Expected Impact: The SASE platform will remain operational throughout the maintenance. No service interruption is expected. Depending on your use case, some users may experience brief disconnection or intermittent delays during their region's maintenance window.
We are taking all necessary precautions to ensure a smooth upgrade process and will be actively monitoring system performance across all regions throughout the maintenance windows. Thank you for your continued trust as we work to strengthen the platform.
