Earlier today, customers in the India region experienced connectivity issues when accessing the Harmony Endpoint Management Portal.
During the incident, customers whose services were hosted in this region may have experienced:
Difficulty accessing the Harmony Endpoint Management Portal
Connectivity issues between Endpoint clients and the server
The issue started approximately 3 hours ago and has now been fully resolved.
Our team worked with MIS to identify and address the issue, and services have returned to normal operation.
